What to Do When Descript Pro is Not Received After Payment

Payment Failed or Pending?

If you sent USDT but Descript Pro hasn't arrived, first check your transaction status. For TRC20 transfers, confirm the tx hash on Tronscan. ERC20 payments can be verified via Etherscan. If status is "completed" but no license in your account, contact support with the tx ID.

Wrong Network or Address?

A common mistake is sending USDT on the wrong network. Descript Pro resellers like us accept TRC20 and ERC20. If you sent BEP20, the funds may be lost. Double-check the address and network before any payment.

Delayed Delivery

Even after successful USDT transfer, license delivery can take up to 15 minutes. If you haven't received your Descript Pro seat after 30 minutes, open a ticket. We process shared seats automatically, but rare delays happen.

Insufficient Balance

Descript Pro shared seats cost 18 USDT/month (TRC20). Ensure you sent enough to cover fees; network fees are not deducted from the license price. A 20 USDT payment covers the seat plus network cost.
